Project Timeline

Here is where the initial discussion takes place. We go over expectations and project requirements. The goal is to reach an agreement. Once this happens, the client will be invoiced for the initial cost of the project (50% deposit. See pricing table below) and then sent over to onboarding where all necessary details are gathered. 

Onboarding is the process of gathering the requirements for the project. In this step, you are provided with an online document to complete. This information will help us stay true to your brand, understand how to translate your brand message using graphics and start planning a site mockup that matches your tone.

During this call, we'll discuss the information you provided in the onboarding document. This is where things start to become real. The immediate goal of this call is to get a solid understanding of the desired outcome. We will take a couple days to tidy up your site mockup, and then we'll send it your way to review and approve.

At this stage, we will build a mockup site using the resources and information provided by the client. This will then go to the client for review and approval. The mockup will serve as the foundation of the final product so a thorough review will be required.

Once the client approves the mockup, the developer will being to build the pages and functionality of the site. Ongoing updates and progress are provided to the client until the site is ready for client acceptance testing. 

One of the most crucial tests that businesses must run before releasing a website or product is user acceptance testing (UAT). We will provide the client with test scenarios and test cases that fit the project's requirements. 

At this stage we will make final edits based on client testing feedback. Once these changes are made, we get final approval from the client and launch.
